Dot Day at the Market

International Dot Day, a global celebration of creativity, courage and collaboration, began when Waterloo resident and teacher, Terry Shay introduced his classroom to Peter H. Reynolds’s book The Dot on September 15, 2009. Millions have celebrated International Dot Day around the world every year on September 15th-ish!

For the last couple of years, the Waterloo Urban Farmers Market has partnered with the Waterloo Public Library, the Waterloo Community Schools, and the Waterloo Center for the Arts to create a great Dot Day celebration to downtown Waterloo!
